Environmental exposure · Reduced at the source
Reduce what
your body absorbs.
Microplastics, PFAS are now found throughout the human body — brain, arteries, blood, and reproductive tissue. They almost all enter the same way: through the gut, every meal.
DDM1 is a once-daily powder formulated with ingredients studied to bind particles like microplastics — designed to work in the gut, so they can pass through with the fiber instead of being absorbed.

It's not what your body eliminates. It's what it absorbs along the way.
The gut is a border crossing that evolved long before synthetic materials existed. It lets nutrients through — and, unable to tell the difference, lets some microplastics and PFAS through with them. Once across, they circulate. Independent studies have now measured them throughout the human body — in blood, in arteries, in reproductive tissue, and even in the brain.
How it works · 02
The gut is the one place these compounds can be intercepted before they cross into the bloodstream. DDM1 works there.

The Answer · DDM1
DDM1. Once daily.
Before they cross.
Microplastics enter the body through the gut — it's where absorption happens, and the only place you can intercept them. DDM1 is a once-daily powder formulated with fibers and plant polysaccharides chosen for their studied ability to bind particles like microplastics. It's designed to work in the gut — the idea being that bound particles pass through with the fiber rather than crossing into the body. Not a cleanse. Not a heart supplement. A daily layer that works at the entry point — before any of it gets further.

What's inside DDM1
5 intentional
ingredients.
DDM1 combines plant-derived fibers with a lactic acid probiotic from fermented foods — each chosen for a specific functional role in the binding and elimination mechanism.
Five intentional ingredients. Nothing else — no fillers, no artificial additives, no unnecessary extras.
- Psyllium huskgel-forming fiber — the base
- Fermented-food probiotica bacteria that grabs onto particles
- Okra extractplant fiber that binds particles
- Fenugreek extractplant fiber that binds particles
- Acacia & guar fibergentle fiber for texture & gut health
Final ingredient list and amounts confirmed at manufacturing. We'll always show you exactly what's inside.
When psyllium contacts water in the gut, it swells into a viscous gel that physically traps particles — including microplastics and PFAS-bound bile — before they can reach the gut lining. It's one of the most studied gel-forming fibers in human nutrition.
Certain lactic acid bacteria carry cell-wall surface groups that grab onto (adsorb) microplastic particles in the gut, forming a complex that leaves the body through normal bowel transit. This is physical adhesion, not digestion — the bacteria don't break plastic down, they hold onto it. This ability is highly strain-specific: in one screen of 784 strains, the large majority showed little useful binding. The strains that perform best come from fermented vegetables, where tolerance for acid and salt appears to carry over into surviving stomach acid and bile. DDM1 uses a lactic acid probiotic derived from fermented foods, selected against those same criteria.
Okra's mucilage — its natural gel-like fiber — carries surface chemistry (hydroxyl and carboxyl groups) that act as binding sites for microplastic particles. In water-treatment research, okra extract physically adsorbed — that is, particles stuck to its surface — and trapped microplastics, pulling them together into clumps. We selected these polysaccharides for that binding chemistry, with the aim of capturing particles in the gut.
Fenugreek's galactomannan polysaccharides complement the okra binding matrix. In that same water-treatment research, fenugreek extract showed the highest microplastic removal of any plant polysaccharide tested — which is why we paired it with okra in the fiber matrix. It also contributes to the viscosity of the gel formed in the gut.
Partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) and acacia fiber are added for two reasons: they improve the texture and mixability of the powder — making the daily habit easier to sustain — and they support a healthy gut microbiome environment, reinforcing the gut barrier that the binding mechanism is designed to protect.

What the research shows
Built on science.
Designed for now.
Finally something that addresses exposure before it becomes a problem. Every other product is cleaning up after the fact — this is the first one thinking upstream.
I've been recommending patients reduce environmental exposure for years with very few practical tools. A once-daily gut-level intervention is exactly what I've been waiting for.
