Is this a detox?

No. It isn't a detox, cleanse or flush. It's a daily layer designed to reduce how many microplastics your body absorbs, right where they get in: your gut.

How do I take it?

Stir one stick into a glass of water, once a day, at any time. One dose isn't a 24-hour shield. Exposure adds up over years, so the daily habit you keep matters most.

Will it interfere with my vitamins or medications?

Like any soluble fiber, it can modestly reduce absorption of some minerals taken at the same time. Take it a couple of hours apart from your multivitamin, iron or prescriptions, and check with your healthcare provider.

I have a sensitive gut (SIBO, IBS). Is this okay for me?

People with these conditions can react differently to added fiber and probiotics. We can't give medical advice, so talk it through with your doctor first, and ease in gradually as with any new fiber.
